Wild Greek Christmas Honey Balls – Melomakarona

Ingredients
Solid
260g Oat flour
180g Roasted Almonds
1 Tbsp Orange zest 1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove
Liquid
25g olive oil
25g Sesame Oil
100g Almond Butter
120g Olympus Wild Flower Honey
For the Garnish
2 Tbsp Olympus Wild Flower Honey
1/2 cup finely chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Place all dry ingredients in a blender and blend until flour texture is achieved.
- Place the “flour” in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix until you have a flexible dough.
- Start moulding into small balls of around 30g.
- As soon as all the balls are moulded, drizzle some honey and ground walnuts.
- They can be preserved in room temperature for a week and refrigerated for 10 days.
