260g Oat flour
180g Roasted Almonds
1 Tbsp Orange zest 1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove

25g olive oil
25g Sesame Oil
100g Almond Butter
120g Olympus Wild Flower Honey

For the Garnish
2 Tbsp Olympus Wild Flower Honey
1/2 cup finely chopped Walnuts


  1. Place all dry ingredients in a blender and blend until flour texture is achieved.
  2. Place the “flour” in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix until you have a flexible dough.
  4. Start moulding into small balls of around 30g.
  5. As soon as all the balls are moulded, drizzle some honey and ground walnuts.
  6. They can be preserved in room temperature for a week and refrigerated for 10 days.
