Wild Souls cooperates with Comvos Express for shipments within Greece and DHL for shipments abroad.
Shipments throughout Greece
Greece: Free shipping on all orders above €50.
In all other cases within Greece, the shipping cost is €3.5.
Orders shall bear shipping costs depending on their weight and according to the price list of the cooperating courier delivery service (DHL).
Delivery time for shipments within Greece is 1-2 days, while for Postal Codes within Greece that are defined as hard-to-reach areas according to the Comvos Express courier delivery service system, delivery is 2-3 days provided that all products are available.
For shipments abroad, delivery time is based on the DHL system, which may vary depending on the country of shipment.
Through its website, Wild Souls allows you to enjoy the benefit of contacting us directly and being provided with the exact description of the products available on your computer screen.
The return policy of items sold through our Company Website shall apply in the following cases:
- If the item delivered is faulty (e.g. if the product is in a defective condition or was damaged during transport), Wild Souls gives you the right to have them replaced or get your money back within 30 days. The return request for the replacement of the item should be made along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. dispatch note/invoice, sales receipt etc.) and the original packaging.
- If the item delivered differs from what was purchased, either by type or quantity or by lacking a quality feature, which has previously been agreed in writing with Wild Souls, the customer may return the product-to-be-checked so that the mistake be verified and the item/product be replaced. In such a case, the return cost shall be borne by Wild Soul, provided that the recommended by the Company return process has been followed by the customer.

In such a case, return of the items should be agreed between the customer and Wild Soul exclusively within 3 days from delivery and the return costs shall be borne by Wild Soul.
Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in the event of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
- In the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication is not possible
- If there is a problem with your order related to:
- the product ordered
- its payment
- the information you have provided as not properly updated
In all events, the maximum period of time for the return of items cannot exceed 3 days, or the company may not accept any return or replacement.
In any case, return of the items shall be accepted only after an agreement between the customer and the Company; in addition, the product-to-be-returned must be in excellent condition or in the condition delivered to the customer, intact and without wear and tear, while its packaging must be in perfect condition and the one that usually contains the product, along with all of the documents accompanying it (e.g. dispatch note/invoice, sales receipt etc.).
Refunds shall be made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products. Refunds shall be deposited into a bank account.
It is strongly recommended that you consult with our online store prior to any return.
Cancellation of an order
Our company has a mechanism for canceling an e-order only (in whole or in part) that has already been registered in the online store. For any cancellation (in whole or in part) by the end of the day of the order, you have to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your details and order number, and a partner shall carry out the cancellation.
It should also be noted that withdrawal is impossible for products that are not fit for return for health or hygiene reasons and their seal has been removed after delivery.
