Sweet, Cookies, Cakes and Granola
Wild Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients
Liquid:
260 gr Hazelnut Butter
4 tbsp Wild Flower Honey from Mount Olympus
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp ground flax-seed (mixed with 3/4 cups warm water)
Solid:
1/3 cup coconut flour + 1 Tbsp
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
Instructions:
- Grind flax seeds with a blender until the flax is powder
- Add to the flax seeds warm water and set aside for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients one by one (including the flax seeds) and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, divide the mixture into 10 equal biscuits. Leave some space in the tray between them, because they will expand.
- Bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
