40 g Sesame Oil

400 g Cashew Butter

360 g Wild Herb Honey from Mani (or date or agave syrup)


600 g oats

400 g Roasted Almonds 

Zest from 1 small orange (washed well)

2 g ground cardamom 

1/4 tsp ground mastic

5 g ground mahlepi

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Roasted Sesame Seed for sprinkling (optional)


  1. Put the oats in the blender and blend until it becomes flour.
  2. Put the almonds in the blender and blend until it becomes flour.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until they become a dough.
  4. Form balls of 30 g.
  5. Place them in a large pan in one layer so that their shape does not change.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Place in a closed container and store in the refrigerator.
