100 g Cashew Butter

40 ml lemon juice

60 ml plant milk

10 ml Sesame oil  


200 g tofu

10 g (4 tbsp) nutritional yeast

1/3 tsp salt

Optional, for a flavored cream cheese:

1/3 tsp pepper

1/3 tsp garlic powder

1/3 tsp chili flakes

10 g chopped dill


  1. Put all the ingredients of the recipe in a strong blender.
  2. Blend until creamy smooth.
  3. Keep it in a sealed jar , it can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. 
  4. The perfect dip for your crackers or even to spread on your wild bruschetta.
