50g red peppers, julienne cut
50g yellow peppers, julienne cut
280g white cabbage, julienne cut
130g red cabbage, julienne cut
30g white balsamic vinegar
50g High Fibre Tahini
200g cooked quinoa
4Tbsp sesame oil
20g sesame
Salt and pepper
1 Spring onion finely chopped (for the garnish)


Mix all ingredients together and for optimum flavour let it sit for 1-2 hours.

Top with the spring onions and enjoy!
