Wild Tsoureki-balls

INGREDIENTS
Liquid:
40 g Sesame Oil
400 g Cashew Butter
360 g Wild Herb Honey from Mani (or date or agave syrup)
Solid:
600 g oats
400 g Roasted Almonds
Zest from 1 small orange (washed well)
2 g ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground mastic
5 g ground mahlepi
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Roasted Sesame Seed for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Put the oats in the blender and blend until it becomes flour.
- Put the almonds in the blender and blend until it becomes flour.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until they become a dough.
- Form balls of 30 g.
- Place them in a large pan in one layer so that their shape does not change.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place in a closed container and store in the refrigerator.
