100g chickpeas
100g or 2 Tbsp Organic Tahini
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 garlic powder
4 Tbsp Sesame Oil
6 Tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, cut in cubes
2 Tbsp caper flowers

For the topping



  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight with 1 tsp of baking soda.
  2. The next day, drain and wash them.
  3. Boil them until soft (45min-1 hour)
  4. Mash chickpeas with a fork, until pureed.
  5. Finely chop the onion, carrot and caper flowers.
  6. Add remaining ingredients except the carrot and onion and mix.
  7. Last but not least, add the carrot cubes and onion and combine.
  8. It’s the perfect stuffing for your sandwich.
