- Soak the chickpeas overnight with 1 tsp of baking soda.
- The next day, drain and wash them.
- Boil them until soft (45min-1 hour)
- Mash chickpeas with a fork, until pureed.
- Finely chop the onion, carrot and caper flowers.
- Add remaining ingredients except the carrot and onion and mix.
- Last but not least, add the carrot cubes and onion and combine.
- It’s the perfect stuffing for your sandwich.
