2 cups rolled oats
2 cups nuts (almonds and sunflower seeds)
1 Tbsp sesame
50g cranberries
50g dates
50g shredded coconut
5 Tbsp Honey Tahini
1 tsp cinnamon


  1. In a big glass bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, cinnamon and stir.
  2. Add Honey Tahini and mix well.
  3. Lay out the mixture on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 150° C.
  4. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven, mix and place back in for another 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and before it gets cold, add the remaining ingredients.
  6. When serving, you can add some extra honey.
