100 g boiled or roasted beetroot

100 g boiled red beans

60 g oat flakes

1 medium onion

1 tbsp full of Tahini with Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp sweet paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt, Pepper


  1. We soak the beans the night before and boil them the next day.
  2. Boil or bake the beetroots until soft.
  3. Transfer beetroots, beans and onion to a food processor and blend until almost creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the oat flakes, spices and Tahini with Chia Seeds.
  5. Mix well and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with air.
  7. Form 4 large burgers and place them on a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes and let them cool to firm up.
  9. We make the most perfect burger with our favorite ingredients – cashew mayonnaise for sure – and enjoy!
