Wild Beetroot Burger

INGREDIENTS
100 g boiled or roasted beetroot
100 g boiled red beans
60 g oat flakes
1 medium onion
1 tbsp full of Tahini with Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt, Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- We soak the beans the night before and boil them the next day.
- Boil or bake the beetroots until soft.
- Transfer beetroots, beans and onion to a food processor and blend until almost creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the oat flakes, spices and Tahini with Chia Seeds.
- Mix well and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with air.
- Form 4 large burgers and place them on a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes and let them cool to firm up.
- We make the most perfect burger with our favorite ingredients – cashew mayonnaise for sure – and enjoy!
