Cream Cheese With Cashew Butter

INGREDIENTS
Liquid
100 g Cashew Butter
40 ml lemon juice
60 ml plant milk
10 ml Sesame oil
Solid:
200 g tofu
10 g (4 tbsp) nutritional yeast
1/3 tsp salt
Optional, for a flavored cream cheese:
1/3 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp chili flakes
10 g chopped dill
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients of the recipe in a strong blender.
- Blend until creamy smooth.
- Keep it in a sealed jar , it can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- The perfect dip for your crackers or even to spread on your wild bruschetta.
