20 g Cashew Butter  

20 g extra virgin olive oil 

60 g lemon juice 

300 ml water


150 g Raw Cashews 

60 g corn flour 

20 g nutritional yeast 

8-12 g salt  (depending on your preferences)

1/3 tsp garlic powder 

For serving:

thyme – rosemary – oregano – paprika – sesame seed


  1. Put all the ingredients in a strong blender and beat at high speed until the mixture is smooth without lumps.
  2. Then, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat.
  3. Stir constantly until it starts to thicken.
  4. After a few minutes, it will change texture and become a thick paste.
  5. Transfer the paste to a well-oiled plate.
  6. Press well with a spatula so that the mixture goes everywhere to get a nice shape.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until completely cold.
  8. Then, unmold and sprinkle with some herbs, spices, etc.
  9. As it sits in the fridge it will firm up and become tastier.
