Ingredients

180 ml vegetable milk

80 g dinkel flour

35 g wheat flour

50 g Peanut butter

2 large carrots

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grate the carrots on the fine side of the grater. We don’t want the crumbs to be too big because they won’t incorporate.
  2. Add the milk, spices and mix.
  3. Add the peanut butter and mix again. At this point, if we want we can add a sweetener, maybe molasses.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a mariz or with a spoon.
  5. Put a little coconut oil on the plates of the waffle maker and put a mixture for baking. When the waffle maker stops steaming, the waffle is ready!
