2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 liter vegetable stock, ideally home made

2 tbsp Tahini with Linseeds (40g)


1-1.5 kg pumpkin
5 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric
2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
Salt and pepper


  1. Remove the inside of the pumpkin and cut in pieces.
  2. Lightly sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric and then add the carrots, pepper, and
  3. pumpkin.
  4. Afterwards, add the vegetable stock and the seasoning. If necessary, add extra water so the
  5. veggies are covered.
  6. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
  7. Check if veggies are fully cooked and add Tahini.
  8. Blend until creamy smooth.
