Apple Bars with Tahini-Carob Syrup

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup dried grapes
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pistachios
4 tbsp Apple Cinnamon Jam
4 tbsp Tahini with Carob Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grind all the nuts until they are small pieces.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the oat flakes, raisins, chia seeds and mix.
- Add the marmalade and tahini and mix until it becomes a uniform mixture.
- Line a small tray with non-stick paper and spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, with air.
- Let them cool and cut them into pieces.
