INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oat flakes

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup sunflower seed

1/4 cup dried grapes

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup pistachios

4 tbsp Apple Cinnamon Jam

4 tbsp Tahini with Carob Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grind all the nuts until they are small pieces.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the oat flakes, raisins, chia seeds and mix.
  3. Add the marmalade and tahini and mix until it becomes a uniform mixture.
  4. Line a small tray with non-stick paper and spread the mixture evenly over it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, with air.
  6. Let them cool and cut them into pieces.
