Beetroot Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS
For the pesto:
2 large beets boiled or roasted
1/4 cup High Fiber Tahini
1/4 cup water from the pasta
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp dry basil
1 glove of garlic
Salt, pepper
For the composition:
500 g pasta of your choice
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Before straining them, keep 1/4 cup from their water.
- As they are hot, pour the sesame oil and mix well so that they do not stick.
- Prepare the pesto by putting all the ingredients and the water from the spaghetti in a food processor.
- Blend them until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and mix it all over!
