INGREDIENTS

For the pesto:

2 large beets boiled or roasted

1/4 cup High Fiber Tahini

1/4 cup water from the pasta

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp dry basil

1 glove of garlic

Salt, pepper

For the composition:

500 g pasta of your choice

2 tbsp Sesame oil

Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Before straining them, keep 1/4 cup from their water.
  3. As they are hot, pour the sesame oil and mix well so that they do not stick.
  4. Prepare the pesto by putting all the ingredients and the water from the spaghetti in a food processor.
  5. Blend them until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and mix it all over!
