Ingredients

2 Tbsp Tahini (40g)
Juice from 1 small lemon
1 big ripe avocado
8 cherry tomatoes cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped salt/pepper
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Fresh chilli (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender mix the avocado, lemon juice and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the flavours are combined.
  4. Enjoy as a dip for your tortillas or vegetable crisps or even as the stuffing of an ultimately Wild sandwich.
