Tahini Guacamole

Ingredients
Liquid:
2 tbsp Tahini (40g)
Juice from 1 small lemon
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Solid:
1 big ripe avocado
8 cherry tomatoes cut in small pieces
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt / pepper
Fresh chilli (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender mix the avocado, lemon juice and sesame oil until smooth.
- Pour mixture in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the flavors are combined.
- Enjoy as a dip for your tortillas or vegetable crisps or even as the stuffing of an ultimately Wild sandwich.
