

INGREDIENTS
Liquids:
130 g Hazelnut butter
130 g Apricot jam
Solid:
250 g oats
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 120-130° C.
- Mix the oats, hazelnut butter, cinnamon, salt and apricot jam in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture on a pan and create a thin layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- After it cools down, if you want, add pieces of chocolate and whole hazelnuts.
When we were kids we ate cereal with milk. Now that we’re grown up, we eat our homemade hazelnut granola with our favorite plant-based milk.
