INGREDIENTS

150 g oat flakes
100 g Peanut Butter Crunchy
50 ml vegetable milk
2 large bananas – 250 g. about
1 juicy pear
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With a fork, in a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Put the sliced ​​pear, milk and puree in the food processor.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the bowl with the bananas.
  4. Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, peanut butter, oat flakes and mix.
  5. Spread the mixture on a pyrex with non-stick paper.
  6. On top, optionally add slices of pear, nuts and raisins.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, at 180 degrees with air.
