INGREDIENTS

Liquid:

120 ml  plant-based milk  (1/2 cup)

1 tbsp Cashew Butter  

Solid:

A package of tofu

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sweet or smoked paprika 

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt – Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu well and crumble it with your hands.
  2. Mix the spices, milk and cashew butter in a bowl.
  3. Turn on the heat and add the tofu with a little sesame oil or olive oil. Sauté until browned for 3-4 minutes. As soon as it gets a nice color, lower it to a medium heat and add the spice mixture and homogenize.
  4. As soon as the tofu absorbs the milk, remove from the heat and serve.
