INGREDIENTS
For the yeast:
120 ml of water
4 g yeast
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp salt
For the dough:
180 g flour
1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
For the topping:
Seasonal fruits
Instructions
- Put the lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix and leave in a warm place until the yeast activates (it will bubble on the surface and rise).
- We put all the ingredients for the dough in the mixing bowl with the activated yeast and mix with the hook, at medium speed until we have an elastic dough that does not stick to the hands. If we don’t have a mixer, we knead by hand, it will just take longer.
- Transfer to a lightly floured bowl, oil it a little on top and cover it with a clean towel. Let it rise in a warm place. It will double in size, that’s why we make sure our bowl is big.
- When it is ready, preheat the oven to 180 degrees with fan, flour our counter and place the dough on it.
- We open it either with our hands or with a rolling pin into a round sheet, 2-3 cm thick and transfer it to an oiled pan.
- Bake for about 15 minutes and in the meantime prepare the fruit and everything else to put on top.
- Remove from the oven and decorate with whatever you like. Our Wild suggestion: Cashew Butter with Madagascar Vanilla and fresh fruits!
