130 ml Plant-based milk

100 g all purpose flour

50 g olive oil

20 g carob flour

4 tbsp Hazelnut butter

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp baking powder

For the frosting:

1/2 cup Cashews

50 ml Plant-based milk

2 tbsp Cashew Butter with Madagascar Vanilla

1 tbsp Maple syrup


  1. Mash the banana very well.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, hazelnut butter, melted banana and milk.
  3. In another bowl, put the flour, carob flour, baking powder and mix well.
  4. Slowly pour the solids mixture into the liquid mixture and mix well until incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with air for about 30 minutes.
  6. For the frosting, soak the cashews overnight or for 20 minutes in warm water.
  7. Drain well, transfer them to a powerful blender with the rest of the ingredients and mash until they become creamy.
  8. If we want to color it, we mix it with some natural color powder, for example beetroot powder, turmeric, matcha.
  9. Put the cream in a cornet and transfer it to the fridge for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  10. We decorate our cupcakes with whatever shape we like!
