Orange Cheesecake with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
For the cream:
120 g Cashew Butter with Madagaskar Vanilla
2 tbsps Orange Jam
2 coconut creams (from a can)
2 tbsps nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tbsps coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
For the base:
120 g nuts (almonds, pecan, walnuts etc)
150 g oat flakes
150 g dates
2 tbsps Almond Butter
2-3 tbsps water νερό
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Execution
- Put the coconut cream in the freezer. It just needs to become solid, not freeze completely so that you can separate the cream from the water.
- Put all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend. You can do it in doses and mix it all together in the end.
- Spread the mixture in a pan with a removable base and press it well with your hands.
- Once the coconut cream is ready and separated from the water, put it in the blender.
- Pour all the other ingredients and mix for about five minutes with the cornet until it becomes fluffy. If you don’t have a blender you can use a whisk.
- Put the cream on top of the base, spread it evenly and transfer into the fridge for at least 3 hours, so that it can freeze completely.
- Once frozen, decorate with your favorite nuts and orange jam!
