Ingredients

For the cream:

120 g Cashew Butter with Madagaskar Vanilla

2 tbsps Orange Jam

2 coconut creams (from a can)

2 tbsps nutritional yeast (optional)

2 tbsps coconut oil

1/4 tsp salt

For the base:

120 g nuts (almonds, pecan, walnuts etc)

150 g oat flakes

150 g dates

2 tbsps Almond Butter 

2-3 tbsps water νερό

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Execution

  1. Put the coconut cream in the freezer. It just needs to become solid, not freeze completely so that you can separate the cream from the water.
  2. Put all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend. You can do it in doses and mix it all together in the end.
  3. Spread the mixture in a pan with a removable base and press it well with your hands.
  4. Once the coconut cream is ready and separated from the water, put it in the blender.
  5. Pour all the other ingredients and mix for about five minutes with the cornet until it becomes fluffy. If you don’t have a blender you can use a whisk.
  6. Put the cream on top of the base, spread it evenly and transfer into the fridge for at least 3 hours, so that it can freeze completely.
  7. Once frozen, decorate with your favorite nuts and orange jam!
