Almond Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Liquid:
70 g Almond Butter
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
50 ml almond milk / plant milk
Solid:
70 g coconut sugar
140 g gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking powder
60 g dark chocolate with stevia
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, put together the coconut sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and mix well with a mixer.
- In another bowl, place the almond butter, coconut oil and vegetable milk and mix well until they are homogenized. Add to the solids and homogenize. Then add the chocolate chips.
- Form balls of 40-50 g. and put in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
