INGREDIENTS

Liquid:

70 g Almond Butter

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

50 ml almond milk / plant milk

Solid:

70 g coconut sugar

140 g gluten-free flour

1 tsp baking powder

60 g dark chocolate with stevia

1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. In a large bowl, put together the coconut sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and mix well with a mixer.
  3. In another bowl, place the almond butter, coconut oil and vegetable milk and mix well until they are homogenized. Add to the solids and homogenize. Then add the chocolate chips.
  4. Form balls of 40-50 g. and put in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
