INGREDIENTS
3 large bananas (about 300 g)
60 g Carob flour
200 g Peanut Butter Crunchy
Optional: orange zest and grated nuts for topping

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees with fan.
- Mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the hazelnut butter, the carob flour and mix well, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Line a small pan with non-stick paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Wait for it to cool, unmold and serve with juicy orange slices!
