Baked Oats with Pear

INGREDIENTS
150 g oat flakes
100 g Peanut Butter Crunchy
50 ml vegetable milk
2 large bananas – 250 g. about
1 juicy pear
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- With a fork, in a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Put the sliced pear, milk and puree in the food processor.
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl with the bananas.
- Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, peanut butter, oat flakes and mix.
- Spread the mixture on a pyrex with non-stick paper.
- On top, optionally add slices of pear, nuts and raisins.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, at 180 degrees with air.
